1. Introduction and Acceptance

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit, subject to KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. q5bet reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including a copy of a valid government-issued identity document and proof of address — before processing any withdrawal.
